Also included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
